As I try to start it you know he goes into the start position and as I Let Go it goes past the power point you know the second part of the ignition I was wondering can I take it apart and tightened up you just make it so it locks in the right position

I would say not to waste your time and energy. The ignition is worn out and is not serviceable. Better to buy new then spend all day trying to fix it and then buy a new one anyways.
you could maybe try that..i seem to remember that something breaks inside there to cause this.or get one from a scrap yard and hope the key is with it or have a locksmith to make you a couple keys for it.or buy a new one.it's between $120.00-$150.00,depending on if manual or A/T Transmission, and which model>(DX( or (LX**EX)...also the 1994,1995,1996 Accord is on the top 10 list and is #1 of most stolen cars in the US...someone tried to steal my sons 95 a few years ago,BUT my son caught him!!!
Contacts inside burn/wear out. NOT a good idea to try to 'fix' it!! Stalling at a very inopportune time may lead to a crash etc. Buy a new one, and you can also bring the cars original key to a locksmith(or they can use the VIN #) and have them re-key it to the cars original key.
