Grinds in reverse, if it is in reverse and the engine is started will it try to move with clutch released? I dont see how the trans is broken now if it was ok before! Are you sure the clutch parts were the right thing? TOB the same length? With the clutch released (pedal out) you can simply shift to any gear at will with no problem or scraping, except reverse.?.
