My engine just shut off clean while driving. Turns over but will not fire. What?

Thank you very much for the help. Is the fuel pump located in the gastank in this car? If so, how difficult is it to change out?

It's a real bear in the shop with the proper tools and equipment! .. Need to just leave this one to a pro.

can't hardly take the bed off that en like mine can you, and fuel pump looking at you? LITTLE more work!

No you sure can't .. We just did a Suburban couple weeks ago, little bit later year model but it was a pain - even with it on the lift and using a fully adjustable transmission jack! .. On the pickups with just a stock bed, ONLY way to go is pull that bed off or at least up and back .. I know some that still pull the tank though .. Never have figured out why.
