I replaced brke calbers on both sides bleeded them but still it locks up and will not release. WHY ?

REPLACE THE FLEX HOSE, IT HAS COLLASPED INTERNALLY, PRESSURE WILL APPLY THE BRAKE BUT WILL NOT RELEASE COMPLETELY.
