What is your question?
It blows almost immediately when replaced and smell something burning. Have been told wiring harness has to be replaced but cannot find correct part
Was it diagnosed at a shop or is this someone's guess? It could just be one pinched wire or something simple. If you can find the source of the smell you can narrow down where the problem is and possibly fix it.
