I have a 2007 gmc arcadia the timing chain was replaced by the dealership then my ac goes out so I had the Machanic that I use to replace it will now it whins he has replaced it 3 times now he also had me take it to the dealership to check the transmission they said it was the ac which when you turn the ac off the noise goes away. But how if it is do I fix this problem

Take it to another place that uses better parts: Most after market a/c companies are owned by the same company. They have different names, Murray, Four Seasons, etc. Replaced it three times, it's time to find some other place, try the locator on this web site, might help you with that search.
I say it is something else! Yes i saw when you turn A/C off noise stops but it also changes the load on the belt drive system. Tensioner, idlers even the alternator load changes! Unless the compressor oil is low, not enough being put in at install. Something else to consider.
