Hi, your question is a little vague so a little more info would be helpful. You said you had "diagnostic done". Do you mean you had codes pulled and this was the results of that or you had it troubleshoot my a shop and this is the work they preformed. It makes a difference because scanning the system for codes in no way can tell you any of these repairs are needed except that 1 or more cylinders have a misfire. If it was done by a shop they would have started with scanning the system then tracking down the problems one by one until the repairs are completed. Went I say shop I mean a real automotive repair shop, not a chain store or a parts store running a scan and selling you what they think it could be. Pushrod is also correct besides the spark plugs and wires, the coils on ford's are bad about intermittent misfires.
