What is your question?
I have a 1997 Ford Ranger. My ac doesn't cool at all. I have added freon and tested it with a gauge and it says it's fully charged. I've added leak detector and haven't found any leaks. The air compressor kicks on and off so I know it works and that my compressor switch is good. Any ideas?

Most likely your blend door actuator is bad. Open your glove box all the way & you will see it on top of the climate box just below the dash support bar.
a/c compressor clutch, clicks on/off real fast?or when the clutch comes on,it stays engaged, and don't click off? you have air blowing out of the vents,it's just not cold, correct?
The clutch kicks on and off but not real fast. And yes there is air coming out of the vents. But it's not cold air.
Is the accumulator getting cold? Black can looking thing under hood... Is it getting cold and sweating with air on??.. What's the pressure readings??
Need pressure readings!!.. Possible low freon charge or orifice tube restriction..
No. There is no change in temp. when the ac is on. Also, I haven't noticed any condensation. The reading I got was 45psi.
What is the high side reading.. Also need 'static' or engine off low side reading... See other post.. I must have replied to quickly... You may have to get some hands-on help with this!
The only reading I have was on the low side which is where I got the 45psi.
Need a manifold guage set to check and diagnose the system... Without that, I'm out of ammo!
Thank you for your response. I just replaced my blend door a few months ago which is now working.
