had some interior work done on car. doors needed to be left open and the ignition was on, but not started, now engine will not crank. any ideas?

battery dead,from doors open and switch on?no crank means engine not spinning over.crank no start means engine spinning,but engine will not start. 3 things spark,fuel/air,compression,if missing any one,no start
Jump start.... Try it just for the hell of it!!!!
we did that too. it is weird. would that flood the engine? or cause any kind of engine overload?
Ok.. No start .. Cranks ok.. Is that right??.. Engine turns but won't start up...
no crank. nothing lights come on but nobody is home. :O
Use better jumper cables and jump start the car cause the battery IS dead!!!!!... What kind of work was done?
even if the horn is honking and lights come on? sorry i am not good with cars. i have had dead battery before and jump always worked. thanks for your insight
Key on and interior lights on from doors open 3 hrs will drain the battery... Jump start should do the trick..
