What is making my truck sqeck constantly?

upper control arm assembly w/ball joints,both sides.lower ball joints,both sides.this is for the front.get fixed ASAP.wheel could/will fall over,and you could be hurt.get the ones with grease fittings.get it checked and fixed soon.common problem on the f150,f250,f350,expedition,explorer,navigator.don't take my word,get it checked. i think you mean it squeaks real loud.

18 years old , have you had any pro test drive and just check over the suspension for wear? Bound to have some worn out parts by now. OR is there more to the story?
