1987 for f150, it just shuts off while driving, able to restart after cooling

1987 f150 shuts off while driving, after cooling for a few minutes it will restart. Have changed the starter, made sure oil and water is full not sure what else to do.

1987- IF fender mounted box type module, next time it stalls pour some cold water on the module and see if it starts back up, IF fender mounted! If it starts replace it. Could be distributor mounted but usually when they go bad then they are bad altogehter! No restart.
