where is the fuse for the fuel pump on a 1999 Ford Explorer

Sitting in front passenger seat, this switch is at the 'top' of the kick panel that's next to your right foot, push button to reset..TIP for easy testing: **IF battery voltage is present at this switch** w/key on ..FORGET about the fuse or relay..They are ok!! ..
