Every once in awhile panel vents kick on but only temporary then goes back to defrost the rear a/c is also blowing out warm air just a recent issue any ideas

Vacuum leak to HVAC control.. Most likely under hood.. Look at vacuum hose routing diagram, under hood..... See mechanic.

and "pushrod" is correct again.they'll be happy when that AIR starts blowing out them vents again,in face!easy fix.
