What is your question?
Door locks very hard to move up and down, has been getting worse over the years. The electric actuators don't have the power to overcome the friction. I guess the original lube is all dried up and stiff, that is what it feels like. Is there any concern with just randomly spraying can lube into the door internals without really knowing where it is going?

Not a problem!.. Use straw in can of WD-40 and spray the hell out of the lock componets as best you can!! .. Best to do this with window UP using a butter knife to open a small gap at rubber weather strip at window then spray toward lock componets...do this on both sides of window..
i had the same problem on my f150.seems to be common on the f150,f250,expy,excursion,navigators,etc.mine got to where they would not work at all.it takes a little time, but not a bad job.it kept me from buying new door lock actuators, and now they work like they are on steroids, and this was 3 years ago!once you take the little motor out of the actuator, there is a little metal piece in there that looses resistance.all i did was clean it up,put a little piece of tin foil on the little metal piece, put it back together.been working very good for 3 years.the wd-40 may very well work, but i didn't try it.but i would have, instead i did find this info.copy and paste link. http://www.fordf150.net/articles/idx.php/0/018/article/How-To-Fix-Failing-and-Sluggish-Power-Door-Locks.html http://www.ford-trucks.com/user_gallery/displayalbum.php?&albumid=12198.......<<<<<<<this link is for excursion.
