Car shut off when turning onto highway. Have power, lights etc. Tried to start.

Tried to start but starts but won't kick over. All fluids, belts are fine. Have lights, power etc. Don't know why it would all of a sudden die and will not start.

Two possibilities I can think of right now. One, need to check fuel pressure to see if fuel pump is engaging. Two, possible trip of fuel cutoff switch (inertia switch) need to check both.
