Yep; got to love ford parts, get some better ones, not the cheap line, or most expensive pads either.

2006 and you are still running FORD pads? Never changed them or installed FORD pads for replacement?? How many miles on the vehicle??? Install cermaic pads and that should take care of the brake dust issue!
