I have replaced the maf the oxygen sender on bank 2 and the down stream and the coil pack for cylinder 6

check for vaccum leaks,engine area,all hoses,pcv valve and hose.
I have put it on a smoker and could not find a leak but will look at the Pcv and hose
you may have to cut back a little foam insulation to get the hose off.mine turned to mush,had split in it and collapsed,could not see it till i cut back the foam insulation.it thru 9 codes,replaced hose,cleared codes.the end of that.20000 miles ago.still driving,2000 f150 supercab 4.6L,304150 on her now.good luck.
Don't forget restricted fuel flow can cause same thing..... maybe fuel filter... Weak pump.
and i should have put that in there,i just went thru that 900 miles ago! "Entretien Programme"
I put a new fuel filter in going to have a fuel pressure done
post results.good luck
