My wipers don't "flip", so they "chatter" in all but the heaviest rain. Help!

Replace wiper 'BLADES'!

Oh,and rubber is like gold,it has gone up in the last 5 years(Doubled)for wiper blades! i put a set of those Rain X Latitudes on my truck right at 4 years ago. i just use some dawn dish detergent and water and wipe off the sap and scum,they are still on it.my brother bought a pallet of em,all sizes,and sold the fire out of em at the flea market. a set of them at a parts house now are right at 50 bucks!!!
