Replace the heater core.

Pressure test if necessary , to find the EXACT location of the leak , it may be a line/hose that failed....lot less than guessing at a heater core ???

It is a line/hose as stated!... It's a coolant line, or hose, that's going to the rear heater unit!!... Depending on where you live (???) you may wish to just have it bypassed!!
