I have 2 codes PO301 and PO351. I replaced all 8 plugs and new coil on cylinder

It's the 4.7 engine with over 200k miles.

All the other coils seem to be working fine everything comes up on the cylinder 1 every time I hook the code reader up after the check engine light comes on. Someone did right to me saying that the primary isn't working so change the computer. I don't know where to start I just got home today from having heart surgery and I don't want to run the truck until I can figure out what is going on.
