Hello, Have you checked that the pumps are actually running? Turn the key to on, and listen to the pump. This may be a fuse or relay situation. How do you know there is no fuel getting to the motor?

just a regular Caravan 2WD? or a Grand Caravan 2WD or AWD? which engine,because it makes a difference? the ZONE has switched Vendors 3 or 4 times in the past year and a half! i think from Master to Airtex Master to Spectra to now what is branded Premium.ALL of those are JUNK! VERY HIGH RETURN RATE! they do offer a Delphi Fuel Pump on most applications now. when you do the test above and it turns out not to be on your end,get your money back and go to NAPA and buy you a pump..NAPA has a VERY low return rate on all their products and they have been around since 1925! see answer #1,they will walk you through everything,before you pull that pump out again to make sure all is ok on your end...
