Took car to have battery tested. They checked the Alternator and said it was good but battery tested at zero-no charge. But when I started my car it started right up. Sometimes the car starts right up and sometimes it clicks but doesn't start. Someone told me a may be a relay? Advice please. Thank you

Have the battery tested AGAIN , this time do it when it is in the 'failed' (to dead to start the car). Possibly it has a 'bad cell' , which sometimes only shows up under certain conditions when 'tested'. Next would be suspect bad connections or starter, BOTH would have to be checked when vehicle is only 'clicking' (however the battery SHOULD be FULLY charged for this.
Auto zone tested the Alternator before I turned off the car.
ok.
