My front main seal inside the transmission was leaking for quite a whike before I realized it then by the time I took action and began tonotice major transmission leak my car became difficult to shift cause of low fluid levels unless I filled it it wouldn't shift. I have replaced the seal, I have dropped my transmission pan and drained fluid and replaced my transmission filter but now my car will not shift into any of my drive or low gears and go but it will grab reverse and idle in neutral no problems. I have also ran self diagnostics code on my check engine light which had been on since before my leak and it reads p0011. I was wondering if that cpde error could also be any reasons for recent no shifting problems and yes the there is no transmission leak anymore since I replaced main seal and it has maintained full fluid since replacement.

Cannot find P0011 on that vehicle, 4cyl or v6. When you replaced the pan, maybe accidently unplugged a solenoid? Check grounds/connections after reinstall of trans.
No I replaced tran filter not pan and where would the solenoid be located?
When you replaced the pan (put the pan back on after changing filter). Might have unplugged a solenoid, attached to the valve body. The filter sets against the valve body. Maybe during that process something happened you didn't notice and correct.
