2007 Sebring radio is current on but all buttons are unresponsive.

Check fuses , radios have multiple power sources. One to keep memory(for time and station pre-sets) and another that is supplied power through the ignition switch. Also to clarify your question does it have a CD player and if so does that work normally but the radio does not? If so ...forget all the stuff about fuses and have the dealer test the audio unit and/or check for service bulletins regarding those symptoms.

May be time for upgrade unit.
