What is your question?
I've changed the bulb and it still is out. What can it be?

You might need to clear codes in the front control module to get it to send power to the socket again.
Can be several things; A bad wire connection, bad ground, bad bulb socket. Do you know how to check wire circuits, that's what needs to be done.
these suvs are funny if bulbs good stop. just disconnect battery for five min. walllla fixed right..
This worked I put the battery back on then turned on the lights then I turned them off then started the car turned them back on and the same light is out again
I have the same problem I disconnect the negative cable for couples minutes put back on and it work for a day than it stop working could that be a bad wire or a bad ground do you know what the problem
I had a guy look at it and he checked the fuse box and the fuses are fine. Then he checked the wires and he said that it isn't getting any power to the circuit in the back. All the rest of the lights are working but the tail light. He said it could be a short in the wire or the power module that I have to change and it will cost me $1,500. But he really can't tell me exactly.
If it's just a tail light; they run from 1 circuit to all the park, license plate, etc. There should be a (normally) brown wire to the tail light bulb and a ground. If you look at the other side you can see it should have the same colors. Then in the harness before the tail light you will find another brown wire going to the license bulbs and the other side. Check the other wire to insure it is working properly, then splice the one to the non functioning tail light wire into the good wire.
Ok thanks i'll try that and let you know.
Just looked at wiring diag; Left tail light is a wht/gry. The right is a wht/org. left grnd is blk/drk grn. The power is sent from the integrated power module, (engine compartment fuse box).
Ok so how do u think I should try it.
Make sure you have battery voltage to the wht/gry wire and a good ground at the blk/drk grn wire. Of course with the park light on.
k thanks
