What is your question?
I was going down the road & the car died. When I tried to restart it, it turned over fine, but sounded like the timing was off. I had a friend of mine who is a mechanic check it out & he said there was no fire to plugs or anything & I was told to replace the crankshaft position sensor which I did with no change.

Did the timing belt break?... Define "sounds like timing is off"... Engine spinning/cranking faster than normal??
Camshaft position sensor is listed as "distributor" when looking up parts at autozone online , perhaps , that could be the next guess , if you're positive it's getting fuel and compression is good/even. Also , just because the belt didn't break , doesn't mean it didn't jump a tooth or two. Possible coil failure also. One step further back....TEST ALL fuses (no-spark may be an electrical issue further back in the circuit).
No the timing belt didn't break as far as I've been told. I guess by saying it sounds like the timing is off I was referring to how it turns over just fine but there is no sign of firing at all.
