Connected battery terminals wrong. All warning lights stay on and works ut not smooth. What do I need to fix?

TEST *ALL* FUSES!!! .. Every fuse you can find! .. Assume nothing.. IF that don't work out then it is beyond DIY capabilities.. See answer # 1 ... Good luck!

just don't see how that could happen? battery cables color coded,plus and minus symbol on the battery. more than likely you won't do that but ONCE in your lifetime,and you will NEVER forget about it.
