I have a ticking on my passager rear side around the valves of my 3.5L V6?

Serviced regularly with synthetic and only use premium gas. I only have 49,000 miles on the motor. I also read it could be the egr valve or a loose valve. Also there is no check engine light indecating anything is wrong.

Does it get quieter when the engines warms up or is it always there?

It's random, but it's getting more often

Any difference on cold engine/warm engine? More pronounced either way?

Both warm and cold. It doesn't seem to change in volume, but when the idle changes the ticking changes with it.

I found out what was the ticking problem. It's not anything in my or anyone else control for taking care of your car. It was the factory, chrysler for a few years had a bad design in the rocker arm assembley and they won't recall it beacause it's not a safety hazard. They redesigned it in 2010.
