Why does the superior hoes of the raidiator fill up with air??

I dont think its that because the reservoir water doesnt boil.

It's got to bubble sooner or later if air is in the upper hose. Make sure the reservoir stays at the full mark , when it cools down it should not go below the minimum. May need to run several 'heat-up and cool-down cycles to purge all the air.

Got it going. But nw it accelerates n it acts like its going to turn off but it doesnt. And it does it when the moter is cold n when coming to a stop
