What is your question?
I already purchased the solenoid.

you can try a few independent transmission repair shops, see what they quote you. most shops don't like for you to bring your own parts, they make a little off parts also. some will install your part and jack the labor price up,and no warranty on your parts or labor. i ran into this on a heater core a few years ago. i was going to furnish the heater core and the guy told me,if you furnish it and it goes bad or whatever, you will pay me labor again.he then said he would furnish everything, coolant, heater core, any hoses/clamps needed, thermostat, flushing, out the door $442.00 with a twelve month parts and labor warranty! been 8 years, still no problems. that was an 8 hour job, dash had to come out. good luck...
How much McDonald's charge to cook 'my own' hamburger meat for a Big Mac? Personally I don't mind if the customer provides the parts .. IF that don't fix the problem or the part is no good then I still get paid and don't have to worry with it! .. However usually, labor charge is indeed a little extra.
Hi, we do not install customer's parts as we have no way to warranty the part, or know if that will fix the issue. I would suggest a transmission shop for that repair
