we put in a new motor and then a new crank sensor/ and starter it wont rollover

the starter isn't cranking it will make a noise but wont crank and rollover

yes its a new /used motor what do you dio about that?? yes it will turn by hand

Just need to verify that it's not locked up , had 2 delivered to the dealership i'm at that were locked up , so at least you know that it probably now is down to the starter circuit.

they said they were able to turn engine so maybe it the starter???
