Is it ok to drive my car in 4 low? will this cause any problems, it doesn't shift out of low...

It's ok on a dirt or loose earth area. Do Not drive on dry hard surface for any length of time or you will have more problems. Have the transfer case module scanned for further advise.
Read proper shift sequence in owners manual! Your first question stated it would not go in 4x4 now it wont come out! Transmission has got to be in neutral with vehicle STOPPED before it will shift from 4 low to the next range which is 4x4 hi. Then 2wd. May even have to turn off engine then turn key on to shift while on level ground. Also try backing up a few feet after shifting to the next higher range.
