trucks nocks when i first start it then it goes away

engine has, 115000 , owned the truck about 4 month, i noticed a lil tic when i first start it up, so i changed the oil with 5w.30 two types of filter for this truck i put on the reg one with no drain back valve ? the ticking sounds like its geting worse ? 2000, 6.0 any ideas????

should i drain aquart of oil, then put in a quart of m, mystry oil? an how long should i leave it in the engine before i drain again ? an can i use the filter i have in now or change it ???

Filter doesn't matter that much. Yes 1 quart to REPLACE 1 quart of regular oil. Do not overfill.
