Well, answer#2 and 3 cover basically everything for you.....start there.
We offer Free Towing with Repairs up to 5 Miles / Really hard to say could be mutiple problems / connection / Starter / Switch ?. Let me know if we can help Larry 419-693-6141
if the battery is good, connections good, clean, tight and you have a NO CRANK condition, then get a helper and a volt meter.have helper try and crank it,while you check the small wire on the starter for battery voltage.if no signal/voltage to the starter when switch is in the cranking position, then suspect ignition switch is bad(electrical part, not key cylinder)if you have power on the small wire on the starter when helper turns key to try and crank it, then suspect the starter is bad
IF the starter will not CRANK the engine, try jump start FIRST .. assume nothing!.. IF no luck there... While that helper HOLDS key to the start position, knock the hell out of the starter motor with a hammer... IF the starter then attempts to CRANK the engine .. REPLACE the starter!!!... Possible park//neutral switch OR clutch interlock switch depending on transmission type .. IF not equipped to do these test... Seek hands-on help as in answer # 1.
