PCV Valve Location is Under the hood, center, upper engine area, mounted in top of valve cover. Part Number: PCV1106DL $3.29 at the ZONE! wait!i may be wrong on this!!!i think the 98 and up had an internal baffle in the valve cover and had no pcv valve.it's just a straight through fitting with a hose hooked to it!!!!!!!!!!!
Multiple answers come from multiple people that don't know the answer!

Well I found the top of the center of the valve cover where it connects to the cover box (I think it's called the resonator box says 2.2 liter on it, and busted a knuckle getting off the fitted tubing only to find a straight hollow metal tube that pulls out of the center of the valve cover (in the back compartment by the fire wall). I u tubed it cause my Hayes book didn't provide any help and rather than pulling the valve cover I watched a video about some baffle crap for the 98 and up models. Anyways I wasted a lot of time and energy, but am confident that there is indeed no external PCV valve for the 1998 2.2 liter Chevy S10. It's the tubing between the back wall of the engine and the resonator box.
thank u that was all I could find also.
