my heater motor works fine on low speed and medium speed but no on high

pull the blower motor resistor and see if it's burned,check the connector also,maybe melted.

Also 'very likely' the high speed blower relay on passenger side firewall has failed... For a picture of the relay Google > NAPA part # AR135.
