My car suddenly lost daylights and now have to disconnect battery to turn off

Battery must be disconnected to kill the dinner and parking lights every time. With no key in the ignition the parking lights and dinner stay on even with door closed what's wrong

KEY phrase from first answer , "Testing required."..... Wiring and components need to be tested , otherwise it's ALL guesswork. ... Sometimes you get a lucky guess , sometimes ya don't.
