NO. the Lumina is a GROUP 75 OR 78 SIDE post battery and the terminals are reversed from the TOP post, group 35, 24 or 34 for the Toyota.

Can't you look at the two and tell that the battery cables won't hook up? .. Based on your question.. Strongly suggest getting car savvy hands-on help with battery removal and installation .. IF done incorrectly, can mess up more in a heartbeat than can be fixed in several days & dollars later!!
