Suggest trying to find a used engine from a scrap/wrecking yard. If you were to buy a Reman/Rebuilt engine,that's around $4000.00 plus your old engine,plus having to pay the cost of someone removing and replacing the engine would exceed the value of what the car is worth,even if it is the SS model,which is top of the line in that year.
