Fix your city and state, circulation problem, more then likely radiator.
I have a 2001 Honda civic that had a similar problem. Like dude said could be radiator I thought so with mine also so I did a new thermostate new radiator new hoses ect. I was told when it still overheated after changing all those parts that it was a head gasket. Well they were close but it was the beginning of a cracked head. You see I am a girl too but have learned that I need to learn it myself. However with car repairs it's always a process of elimination starting with the smallest cheapest thing it could be first and sometimes you get lucky and other times it's the hardest most expensive thing to fix it. Process of elimination. Good luck
great, does that mean it has a leak somewhere?
No; If your heater is helping to cool, that means the radiator is not doing it's job, and has an issue with being able to cool enough coolant to maintain temperature.
Maybe RepairPal should require a zip code to post a question as climate can be very helpful in answering!!
That would be helpful---------Boycott, Lol
I sent in a suggestion but doubt it will help. We really do need to know at least what state and climate the vehicle is driven in! Makes a difference to me anyway!
They responded to mine, let's see. Good
i changed my state, should be showing up
That's great Thank You.
