Why isnt the milage showing on the car?

I have a 2015 Chevy equinox everything works fine but for some odd reason, it no longer shows how many miles are on the car. All it shows are dashes where the numbers are supposed to be displayed.

How long has your 2015 Chevrolet Equinox had this problem?
