The Fair Price Guarantee promises that the cost you pay for a specific repair at a RepairPal Certified shop will be in the range stated in our Estimator for a given ZIP code. We give every shop a Net Promoter Score®, the same customer loyalty metric all companies use. To verify customers, shops must send RepairPal data. RepairPal only uses customer data to verify authenticity and doesn't sell or misuse it.
