take the spark plugs out and put some oil or trans fluid in the cylinders and let sit for a day then get a johnston bar and get the right socket to go on the center bolt on the crankshaft pulley and try cranking over by hand

goodguy is correct but maybe let it sit for a couple of days prior to turning it over.also ck battery it may just be bad and in need of replacement

I would also remove serpentine belt.Those belts have enough gripping area to lock up motor if a pulley is frozen.
