This Car has been sitting for a year, the engine won't turn over or crank.stuck

take the spark plugs out and put some oil or trans fluid in the cylinders and let sit for a day then get a johnston bar and get the right socket to go on the center bolt on the crankshaft pulley and try cranking over by hand
