t signals don't work. Changed flasher, checked fuse. Ideas?

I did check and replace the fuse designated for the signals...should I check all the other fuses in the fuse panel? Thank you for helping!

First thing I do when-ever there is an electrical problem is check every fuse i can find with a tester i have. Test light will do. Be supprised what can be fixed that way! Now, this may not help here but be a shame to find out after a bunch of work that it was just a fuse! Hazards work? Cant remember, may be a "two flasher" system, better check!!! Maybe someone with a paid online auto reair service can tell you,,, I dont have one~!!!
