I am getting a bad rumbling when I accelerate. What should I be looking for?

professor G, I actually respect your opinions and was going to ask you about my vehicle. I was talking in a general sense. I've been trying to figure a problem out on my vehicle. and feedback on my page from people trying to help hasn't been very informative. so I need someone that he's the knowledge to help me. I'm no professional by any means, but if you are please help. I'll give you any information about the problem and maybe you can figure it out for me cause I've been having trouble i think its my o2 censor. Or the egr outlet inside the plenum is blocked because when i step on it the intake its really loud. It seems like the egr system loop is not opening. Thus the loud intake. Also i know it needs the warm intake gases for better combustion. . What do u think i should do? Sorry if i offended you. the comment was just in general.

I put a new filter on it. Pushrod u told me that a month ago. If u guys cn take a look at what i wrote about the symptoms on my question page maybe u can see something i missed or give me a few other things to check. I would really appreciate it.
