fan not kicking in

Failed > Fuse - Blower relay - Blower resistor - Blower switch - Open circuit, broken wire - Waterlogged blower housing due to A/C drain clogged. As you can see - *hands-on* testing by qualified personnel will be required.. Good luck!

ALL of this assuming you are referring to the blower inside the cabin (?) As opposed to the radiator cooling fan(s) under the hood (?)
