Car doesn't produce any heat either on Heater or Defrost settings. Is it a bad heater core? If so, how do I replace?

sounds like the heater valve might be frozen AC Delco #15-5372 about $15
if its the heater core u have to take the whole dash apart to get it out and replace it u also have to disconnect the hoses under the car to replace
