setting timing on a 1989 camero rs 2.8 V6 MPFI

According to 'Mitchell' it is set at 10deg BTDC while at operating temp and idling in gear. It is the notch and 10deg line at the notch.

ok thank u so much for your time. also just wondering if u would know? there is a loud humming noise when car is running (seems to be coming from rear of car) usually a bit louder when warmed up its a new fuel pump and when I put my ear up to fuel tank it dosen't seem abnormally loud it sounds like it is coming from inside the car can really hear it when in driver seat (never really been in the back seat) or outside near the rear of car and sounds like a elec. motor of some kind. ive heard of the electronic rear hatch pull down motors do u think this might be whats making this noise? is this year equipped with that feature? ([ hear 89 irocs have them)
