My 2002 Cadillac devil blow cold air on passage side and heat on drivers side

Thanks I'll try that tomorrow , also the same car (2002 Cadillac Deville) blow cold air on passage side and heat on driver’s side when heat is on, how can I fix this?

I hope he gives you your answer. That has nothing to do with removing the battery cables. He got the best answer for something stupid and I was asking for more information to make sure you got the right answer. Your question wasn't clear. This morning I went to my 2002 Cadillac Deville and with the information I got about replacement of actuator and began looking on passenger side and found that the plug wirer was not installed. This summer after finding that my Ac was only blowing from top defrost vent , I had a mechanic work on it and had the driver side blowing cool and the rear center console, yet passenger side was not at the same cool level. I went back to the mechanic and the problem persisted, now during a trip out of town I found that cold air was blowing on passage side and heat on driver’s side when heat was on. Thankfully once I plugged the wirers into the actuator I began to get full heat, wow thanks to online video and support.:) 
