The battery light comes on and goes off, the service engine light comes on and goes off the car idols high, it only stalls when slowing down or coming to a complete stop. I have replaced the battery alternator, throttle control sensor, I dont know what else to do I have searched for vacuum leaks dont hear one or see one.. What can I do?

It's obvious it needs a technician to diagnose this; Instead of throwing money at it, let a fresh mind have a look at it, then your money might get it fixed. Sorry if it sounds bad, but sometimes guessing just doesn't get the job done.
THESE HAVE ALOT OF ISSUE WITH MASS AIR FLOW SENSORS. AGREE WITH #1 SEEK A 2ND OPINION FROM A GOOD MECH
If there is a connect error when connecting up a diagnostic tool, either they are inputting the wrong information, or car computer could be bad. Cars are made to run in a "Default mode" if something major goes bad, car will run, but not very well.
This happened to me just today. In our case, the tensioner had come completely off. My guess is there is an issue with your serpentine belt. Get it and the tensioner checked asap before something goes horribly wrong...like everything dying while you're doing 70 on the freeway.
Although you have given some great information, and it is appreciated, the tensioner issue will have nothing to do with the ability to be able to read or not read the computer, and the alternator to be able to not charge and charge intermittently. Thanks for your input.
See thats the thing I did have a mechanic look at it and he told me the tps was cracked and needed to be replaced and I did that, I have been reading a lot about this car and it seems like this problem is going on with a lot of peoples buick lesabre very frustrating when you dont have the money to keep going to different shops Im thinking maybe the ECM?? because everytime a shop tries to hook up its computer to read the codes theres a connection error I dont understand?
